Ready to Embark on Your Administrative Experience? Here’s how.
1. Your administrative experience begins with you. It’s important that we get to know each other a bit to determine if Adminiprise is a good fit for you, and vice versa. To that end, please begin by completing a brief online questionnaire.
2. Next, I’ll review your responses and contact you to schedule a consultation. This initial no-cost consultation provides an opportunity to brainstorm ideas, discuss your business goals, and address any questions either of us has. It should last no more than 30 minutes, and is conducted in the office or by phone.
3. From there, I’ll prepare a written proposal outlining the administrative responsibilities we discussed and the associated monthly investment. We can tweak the proposal as needed to fit your business needs.
4. Finally, we’ll take care of the formalities (agreement and first payment) to launch our new business relationship. As a client, you will receive login information to Client Corner, where you will have access to documents, online scheduling, project updates or more. In addition, you can begin sending requests to me via email, fax, mail or in-office. Then relax and trust that your business is in good hands.
