Overview

Adminiprise LLC is a business consulting firm specializing in efficiency and administration. We are currently looking for an experienced administrative professional to serve as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will directly support the President and indirectly support clients of the company.  This will include a wide array of basic and advanced administrative duties including, but not limited to:

  • Creating documents, spreadsheets, flyers or forms
  • Assisting with meeting/event/webinar coordination
  • Data entry, transcription and filing
  • Scanning/converting documents to PDF
  • Maintaining physical and digital files
  • Assisting with various marketing projects
  • Conducting research online
  • Performing other general-advanced administrative duties as they arise

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Fully-equipped home office
  • Intermediate level or higher experience with MS Office (2010 or higher)
  • Ability to learn new web-based tools and applications
  • Strong written, verbal & online communication skills (English)
  • Self-directed; can work independently and be proactive, as well as be a team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and arrange priorities to accommodate multiple projects
  • Able to travel for business occasionally (in office, off-site events)
  • Ability to climb stairs and to lift up to 25 lbs. independently

This is a part-time contract (1099) position requiring 5-10 hours per week to start, with plans to grow the position into a W-2 position in the coming months. The ideal candidate would be able/willing to grow with the position.
