As an Institute for Supply Management (ISM)-Central Ohio Board member, I had the pleasure of working with Robin Smoot, and I would highly recommend her to help you or your company to better manage its general administrative and communication requirements. Robin is a very quick study of organizational processes and culture, she is well organized and efficient, and she is very creative and able to take on new assignments with very little information or direction. With over 400 members and a relatively new Board of Directors, as the ISM-Central Ohio Office Manager, Robin was able to quickly organize our home office so that our membership and chapter records were complete, accurate, and easily accessible. She initiated a new process for creating and distributing our monthly newsletter that saved our chapter thousands of dollars in printing and mailing expenses. While Robin was with ISM-Central Ohio she exceeded the expectations of our members and the Board of Directors, and she created a much more polished and professional image for our organization.
